Short blurb
Goodly Trials is a turn-based strategy game with roguelike and autobattler bones. Hire a storied leader, build an unlikely company, and spend a careful purse on gear to survive twelve trials — alone on the road, or at a shared table.
Long blurb
Hire a storied leader and gather an unlikely company. Each journey lasts twelve turns of trading, tactics, and combat. You shop for companions and gear, place the line, and then the battle plays out. Victory belongs to preparation.
The road has four faces. Training teaches the trade. Fair Trial is the honest journey. Unfair Trial raises the stakes. Ranked keeps a rating and a title. At the shared table, two to eight companies draft, bid, lock their lines, and fight.
Three factions walk the road: Goodly, Bone, and Below. Equipment changes people more than numbers — a humble shield may be worth more than another sword. No two companies survive in quite the same way.
Goodly Trials is made by Osborn Design Works. The open beta is live. Wishlist on Steam for Windows and Linux.
